Ahead of America’s Memorial Day weekend, President Joe Biden hailed increased vaccination rates at home. But the U.S. continues to be accused of not doing enough to fight the pandemic around the world and is under pressure to come up with a global COVID-19 strategy when Biden meets with heads of other advanced economies at next month’s G-7 summit.
